Indeed, easily and effortlessly. We make too big

Indeed, easily and effortlessly.

We make too big of a deal about doing anything.
Just do it. Before you do it, clear your mind, that
congested highway. Roads are labeled differently.
In New York it’s a thruway, in California it’s a freeway,
neither of which makes sense because the road is not
FREE or THRU! So what do you do?

How about removing obstacles? You may not be able
to move the actual autos physically, but you can ease
the flow of traffic just by thinking about it.

Want an easy way to receive more money or clients? Focus
on it coming to you! What would be the effortless way
of creating new ideas or business? Create some space
and
time, clear your mind, ask for what you want, and
write it down.

You don’t have to do this alone. Ask friends, family and
associates for help.No friends?

Go on the web, send an e-mail to everyone you know
and ask for help. No e-mail addresses? Go to any major
search engine (Yahoo, Netscape, Google) home page and
get into a chat room or news group.

In the contemporary world of chemistry, the use of words such as nanoparticle, cluster, bulk metal size, and nucleation is fairly commonplace in a diversity of research and industrial applications. The implication is the existence of a physiochemical dimension where the ?solid particles? are so small that they no longer possess all or any of the properties of the signature periodic element, but distinctly different and potentially useful properties. Consequently, these minute particles require new and often unique methods of detection and structural determination. So much so that terms such as ?characterize? rather than identify or analyze are used during their evaluation.

However, when considering the earth sciences, basic and applied research only rarely consider the possible existence of a comparable ?nanoparticle dimension? contained within the conventionally described geochemical environment.

Hatching is a skill

Hatching is a skill that requires a lot of practice and still can be difficult in certain situations, even for the skilled artist.

Hatching is a little different for right- handed artists, than left-handed ones. For the right-handed artist, hatching is done the easiest by the diagonal running from the lower left to the upper right. Left-handed artists usually the opposite, running from upper left to lower right. However, as in all art, practice will make hatching come comfortably in all directions. The direction of light in your art will often affect the direction in which your hatching should be drawn.

The lines for hatching are generally short and straight. They differ from each line in length, direction, and pressure, yet they are made at one time. They are not drawn individually.

Cross-hatching is a process where you hatch on top of hatching, forming a right angle. It is where you make sets of close parallel lines crossed over one another, usually at right angles. This is done either casually or in a very controlled manner.

? Not enough

? Not enough fiber in the diet. ? Having a wrong balance of bacteria in the intestines. ? Lack of movement. ? Some medications.

These are just a few, but they can all cause or contribute to constipation. Lets take a look at each one.

Water is so simple, that lots of people overlook their need for it. 8 glasses a day seems like a lot, but that much is needed for all the functions of our bodies. I’m not talking about liquids, I’m talking about pure water. Coffee, tea, juice and other liquids are not water! Drinking enough water every day can cure lots of problems. Not drinking enough water can cause lots of problems. Your digestive system needs lots of water to function correctly.

We need fiber in our diets. Today’s processed food has very little fiber and often this lack of fiber is the reason for our constipation. It’s time to seriously think about what we are eating and make sure that our diets have enough fiber in them. Most people are more concerned about which gas they put in their car, then about what they are eating everyday. It’s time to wake up! Take a supplement if you have to, but make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet.

It does mean

It does mean easy — on the eyes, on movements, on how you use the space and light you have to maximize your small spaces.

Simplify your kitchen furniture and furnishings … streamline and recess your lighting … clear your counters and walls of all but the attractive essentials for food preparation. These, plus an efficient step-saving work area, are among the quickest first steps you should take to when redecorating your small or narrow kitchen.

If possible, rearrange your appliances and workspaces to essentially “go with the flow.” Divide the room up into two main areas: food preparation/cooking, and clean-up.

One way to simplify food preparation is to arrange your appliances in 1-2-3 order in terms of use: refrigerator first, then sinks with work surfaces attached or inserted, then microwave, stove or cook top.

The person may say something like, ?You sound really angry right now!? By acknowledging and really trying to understand what the angry person is feeling, that person becomes able to release a lot of the aggression.

8. Agreeing—often when people are angry about something, there is at least 2 % truth in what they are saying. When attempting to diffuse someone?s anger, it is important to find that 2 % of truth and agree with it.

When someone is angry and the listener attempts to reason with the person, his or her efforts will be largely ineffective. When the listener agrees with the 2% of truth in the angry person?s tirade, he or she takes away the resistance and consequently eliminates the fuel for the fire.

Named partners and officers of partnerships and corporations may also be exempt even though their employees must be covered.

Workers? compensation is specifically designed to only cover injuries that “arise out of and in the course of the employment.” In most cases, it is obvious whether or not the injury occurred at work. However, there may be occasions when an employee is away from the office on company business and a covered injury occurs. This does not apply to traveling to or from work.

Injuries may also be covered if an employee is hurt while employees are ?horsing around?. But, as mentioned earlier, there are exceptions and limitations to this type of claim.

There can also be deadlines for filing and responding. Missing a deadline could potentially cost you benefits. Should an employer incorrectly file the claim, giving you more benefits that you are actually due; future benefits may be reduced ? again, costing you, the employee.

As you can see, workers? compensation claims can be very complex.

American General Life Companies New Product Just Approved for Sale
in California

HOUSTON — American General Life Companies (American General) announced today that
its new long term care insurance product, issued by American General
Life Insurance Company, has been approved for sale in California. The
American General LTC(SM) product, designed to meet consumers growing
demand for asset protection in a post-recession economy, features a
Shared Care Benefit Rider, which creates a separate third pool of
benefits that can be used by either spouse after their own benefits have
been exhausted; a built-in cash benefit to help cover expenses such as
care from a family member; and graded premium options to make 3 percent
or 5 percent compound inflation protection more affordable.

American General LTC is not your classic long term care insurance,
said Mary Jane Fortin, president and chief executive officer. It
includes one-of-kind features, like our third-pool approach to shared
care benefits, which means that when one spouse needs additional
coverage, the healthy spouses benefits remain untouched, and we offer
an innovative online application process.

She added, Were particularly pleased to offer American General LTC to
Californians because they are burdened with some of the countrys
highest healthcare costs, including the cost for extended care. This new
product protects against one of the biggest threats to financial
security the rising expense of long term care and is especially
attractive to couples between the ages of 50 and 65.

To make it easy to apply for long term care insurance, American General
has developed a streamlined process LTC LaunchPad that automatically
populates the application forms based on the illustration and a brief
questionnaire, and shortens the agents requirements for field

The islands of the Bocas del Toro

The islands of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago have been called the Galapagos of the Caribbean. They are located in the extreme western part of the country, only 25 miles from the Republic of Costa Rica. This Archipelago has the perfect combination of historical and cultural traditions, with a charming variety of aquatic species, coral reefs, mangroves, beaches with crystal clear water and undisturbed jungles with all the flora and fauna you can imagine.

Without any doubt, the most famous visitor to this piece of paradise was the Admiral Christopher Columbus on October 6, 1502 on his fourth and last trip to the Americas. He entered with two vessels into a wide bay, now called Almirante Bay, took in provisions on the present Bastimentos Island and careened a ship in the vicinity of Carenero Island.

At the beginning of the 19th century, the brothers “Snap” arrived from Jamaica with their slaves, at the same time with the “Shepherd” family that inhabited Shepherd Island.

A few years later various Scottish and English families emigrated from the San Andres and Providencia islands, also together with their slaves, in order to evade tax payments.

Of 17,000 household chemicals, only

Of 17,000 household chemicals, only about 5,100 (or approximately 30%) have been adequately tested.

2. The government has very limited power to regulate and require proper testing of household cleaners for their potentially harmful effects.

3. Less than 10% of our household cleaners have been tested on the human nervous system.

4. Products that kill 50% of lab animals they’re tested on may still be legally designated as non-toxic.

5. No law requires manufactures to list the exact ingredients on the cleaning products package label.

If those facts make you a bit nervous, you’re not alone. Many parents and consumer protection agencies are already calling for stricter regulations and better testing. More research is also needed to find safer alternatives to the harmful chemicals currently being used.

Still, many families are simply opting to avoid these cleaners altogether and purchase bio-safe, non-toxic household products.
